Each Lunar New Year, The Star Sydney The Star Sydney is carefully infused with Lunar New Year themeing to reflect the scale and significance of the celebration. Our process begins with understanding the architecture and guest flow, designing an installation that feels integrated rather than overlaid. Monumental dragon sculptures anchor the Grand Foyer space, providing strong visual impact while guiding movement through the foyer. Suspended banners introduce traditional colour and rhythm to the vertical volume, enhancing the height and openness of the space. Blossom trees are positioned to in sculptural clusters and wising stations create encourage meaningful interaction. Above, lanterns are layered throughout the venue to add warmth and depth without overwhelming the environment. From engineering and rigging to lighting and final detailing, each element is resolved with precision to deliver a refined, cohesive installation that complements the venue while celebrating the occasion with clarity and confidence.
